Job summary

V2X is seeking a Facilities Operations & Maintenance Manager to lead the contract across two sites in Agila Subic, Philippines. You will direct personnel, scheduling, data management, and routine O&M activities, coordinating with the Task Order Manager to deliver reliable facilities services.

You will oversee trades, implement work controls, and drive process improvements while building strong relationships with customers and partners.

Qualifications

Minimum of 7 years of experience in Operations and Maintenance of facility assets and utility infrastructure.
3-5 years supervisory experience in Operations and Maintenance of facility assets and utility infrastructure.
Excellent written and oral communication skills; proficient with standard computer software (e.g., MS Office).
Experience on projects in developing countries or conflict/post-conflict regions is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

Oversee all operations aspects of implementing the contract, including personnel, schedule, data management and related O&M activities.
Provide logistical, supply, transportation, work controls and scheduling support to the Task Order Manager.
Directly supervise trades (HVAC, maintenance, carpentry, plumbing, electricians) and a staff of ~30 personnel.
Manage work controls, scheduling and resource allocation using Maximo and GCSS-Army or similar tools.
Develop and maintain relationships with customers, peers, stakeholders, and partners; ensure compliance with policies.
