Job summary

V2X Inc. seeks a Mechanical Engineer to provide technical design support for mechanical systems within the LOGCAP program in the Philippines.

The role covers design, review of contractor submissions, and coordination with interdisciplinary teams to ensure compliance with safety and client standards. Responsibilities include developing HVAC and water systems, equipment data review, procurement coordination, and site support during construction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (BSME).
• Valid Professional Regulation Commission license as PME.
• Philippines driver’s license required.
• Filipino citizen for local employment.
• Minimum 5 years’ mechanical design and analysis experience.

Responsibilities

• Review contractor mechanical plans, drawings, and data sheets.
• Coordinate material procurement, delivery, and installation to project timelines.
• Design and develop components such as PACUs, dehumidifiers, pumps, and appurtenances.
• Design and review HVAC, fire protection, and potable water systems.
• Manage performance of mechanical contractors or subcontractors.
• Assist in evaluation and billing validation of mechanical works.
• Collaborate with other engineering disciplines during design and execution.
• Report design and construction concerns to management.
• Support Facilities Operation and maintenance as needed.
