Job summary

AFRY Finland is seeking a Global Hub People Operations Administrator in Manila to deliver high‑quality administrative support across the employee lifecycle. You will help ensure data integrity, process effectiveness, and timely HR operations, collaborating with the Global People Operations team.

Reporting to the Global Hub People Operations Manager, the role emphasizes accuracy, service excellence, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
• 1–4 years in People Operations or similar.
• Understanding of transactional People & Culture processes.
• Experience with HRIS like SAP SuccessFactors is a plus.
• Strong communication and detail orientation; English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Handle onboarding and offboarding, data changes, and HR reporting.
• Serve as first point of contact for People & Culture inquiries.
• Collaborate to ensure accurate and timely delivery of activities.
• Uphold data quality, compliance, and SLA/KPI standards.
• Support process improvements and governance reporting.
