Job summary

AFRY in Manila is seeking a meticulous Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our Global TA team. You will support sourcing, pipelining, and recruitment coordination across markets, delivering high-quality, data-driven TA operations.

You will map candidates using LinkedIn and databases, pre-screen profiles, and help maintain accurate data across ATS/CRM systems, while coordinating logistics with recruiters and hiring teams in a fast-paced, international environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field preferred.
• Experience in recruitment, sourcing, administration, or HR is advantageous.
• Strong data accuracy and compliance with policies and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Identify and map candidates globally using LinkedIn and other sources.
• Pre-screen and create structured shortlists against role requirements.
• Build talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs globally.
• Support job postings, candidate administration, and system updates in ATS/CRM.
• Coordinate recruitment logistics across candidates, TA Partners, and hiring teams.
• Ensure data accuracy and GDPR/compliance in ATS/CRM.
• Maintain recruitment templates, documentation, and guidelines.
• Collect data, support reporting, and track KPIs.
• Collaborate with global TA teams to deliver high-quality services.
