Job summary

Arcadis is seeking a Social Media Team Lead to drive the operational delivery of the global social media strategy from Manila. You will lead day-to-day operations, translate priorities into scalable execution plans, and ensure high-quality delivery across channels, advocacy, listening and governance.

You will manage a team, establish efficient processes, and drive continuous improvement using data and insights to support Arcadis’ strategic priorities and business objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field.
• 6+ years of cumulative experience in social media marketing.
• Experience with multiple social platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, X/Twitter).
• Hands-on experience with social media management tools (like Oktopost).
• Strong analytical skills and ability to turn data into actionable plans.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day delivery of the global social media strategy across priority channels.
• Translate priorities into scalable activation plans and content roadmaps.
• Oversee employee advocacy programs and platform governance.
• Collaborate with paid, organic, email, web, and analytics teams to connect activity.
• Manage social listening, sentiment and reputational risk monitoring.
