Job summary

Arcadia Power, Inc. is seeking a Health, Safety and Security Manager to design, develop, and implement HSS policies across multiple sites. You will lead risk assessments, coordinate safety training, and manage emergency response planning to protect people and assets.

The role requires a strong background in OSH, DOLE guidelines, and enterprise-wide policy development, with emphasis on proactive risk management and crisis leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Occupational Safety or related field.
• SMS (Safety Management Specialist) certification preferred.
• SO4 (Safety Officer IV) certification required.
• Pollution Control Officer certification preferred.
• 3+ years in a managerial or senior advisory HSS role.
• Experience with DOLE and OSH standards is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Plans, implements, and conducts safety training programs.
• Develops an Emergency Action Plan and coordinates incident investigations.
• Monitors contractor OSH compliance and manages vendor performance.
• Oversees facilities management and emergency preparedness.
• Coordinates dissemination of HSSE policies across the organization.
• Develops HSS Audit Plan and manages the departmental budget.
• Directs crisis management during disruptions and post-event reviews.
• Offers guidance on health and welfare aligned with DOLE guidelines.
