Job summary

Talent Map Global BPO Inc. in the Philippines seeks an HR Representative to provide day-to-day HR support, administer onboarding, employee relations, benefits, and leave programs, and ensure compliance with employment laws.

The role uses ADP Workforce Now and Deltek Costpoint to maintain records, process personnel actions, and support audits, while aligning with U.S.-based HR practices and a people-first culture.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
• 2–4 years HR experience covering employee relations, onboarding/offboarding, benefits, and leave administration.
• Experience supporting a U.S. workforce and U.S. employment practices preferred; SHRM-CP is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day HR support to employees and management.
• Administer onboarding, benefits, and leave programs.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data.
• Assist with audits, HR reporting, and documentation.
