Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd in the Philippines is seeking an experienced Instructional Designer to design, develop, and implement learning solutions across the organization, applying instructional design principles and adult learning theory. You will create engaging eLearning modules, instructor-led training materials, job aids, and other learning assets, leveraging AI tools and LMS platforms to deliver content.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Instructional Design, Education, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in instructional design and development, HR training, or a related role.
• Strong understanding of learning theories, adult learning principles, and instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM).
• Proven experience in instructional design and eLearning development.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools such as HeyGen, Synthesia, Pictory, Canva AI, Articulate Rise with AI features.
• Proficiency in authoring tools (e.g., Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate), LMS platforms, and multimedia editing software.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Supervisory experience and ability to train people with new technologies or tools.
• Experience migrating modules from Articulate 360 to Synthesia.

• Manage multiple instructional design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors as needed
