Job summary

Advanced Energy, a global technology company, seeks an Analyst for HR Data & Technology to optimize HR systems and governance. You will partner with HR and IT to maintain data quality, support SuccessFactors Employee Central, and drive continuous improvement across core HR platforms and processes.

You will collaborate with country HR admins, manage data issues, and participate in system testing and upgrades while ensuring data integrity and privacy across regions including night-shift support

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, HR, data analytics, or equivalent.
• 3–5 years in a multinational organization is preferred.
• 3+ years of experience with SuccessFactors Employee Central and SAP HCM.

Responsibilities

• Provide global data support within SuccessFactors Employee Central including org structure, position management, and employee data governance.
• Ensure adherence to global and country-specific field configurations in SuccessFactors.
• Support data changes, reorganization, mass updates, and intercompany transfers.
• Assist with HR technology projects, system upgrades, and testing for HR platforms.
• Identify improvements with IT and HR stakeholders, and implement technical solutions.
