Pronext Outsourcing Agency Ltd. is seeking an experienced HR Payroll Team Lead in Taguig to manage end-to-end payroll operations on a 100% onsite night shift basis. You will lead a high-performing payroll team, ensure accurate and timely payroll delivery, and maintain compliance with Philippine regulations (BIR, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG).

• 5+ years of hands-on payroll management experience.
• 3+ years leading a payroll team.
• Proficient in SAP payroll processing.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end payroll processing and ensure timely execution.
• Review payroll calculations, tax deductions, and contributions.
• Ensure compliance with BIR, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG.
• Coach and support the payroll team to meet targets.
• Monitor controls, audits, and reporting processes.

What you'll do

You'll lead payroll operations while ensuring high-quality service delivery by:

• Managing end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and timely payroll execution
• Reviewing payroll calculations, tax deductions, and statutory contributions
• Ensuring compliance with Philippine payroll regulations and government requirements (BIR, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG)
• Leading, coaching, and supporting a payroll team to achieve service delivery targets
• Monitoring payroll controls, audits, and reporting processes
• Resolving payroll-related issues and partnering with internal stakeholders
• Maintaining accurate payroll records and ensuring process compliance

What we're looking for

• 5+ years of hands-on experience managing end-to-end payroll
• 3+ years of experience leading or supervising a payroll team
• Hands-on experience using SAP for payroll processing
• Strong understanding of payroll taxes, statutory contributions, and Philippine payroll compliance
• Experience managing payroll controls, audits, and payroll timelines
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Willingness to work 100% onsite in BGC, Taguig on a night shift schedule
