Elastic International is seeking a Business Development Consultant to partner with senior leaders, shaping growth strategies across international markets. You will translate complex challenges into clear, data-driven plans with measurable outcomes.

You will work across functions to align goals, build scalable go‑to‑market strategies, and drive initiatives from concept to execution, with emphasis on growth and efficiency. Flexible locations and schedules support diverse work arrangements.

Qualifications

2–5 years of experience in a consulting firm for Tech sector or a SaaS corporate sales strategy internal function.
Strong quantitative and financial modelling skills; ability to tell a story with data.
Strategic clarity and ability to operate at both high level and in the weeds.
Solid grasp of the technology market including enterprise software and SaaS dynamics.
Curiosity and drive are valued as much as experience.

Responsibilities

Shape strategy with executives to design short- and long-term business plans.
Collaborate across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Finance to align goals and drive initiatives.
Perform financial analyses, valuations, and profitability assessments to support funding and execution.
Define KPIs and recommend pivots based on data.
Develop initiatives to drive revenue and operational efficiency.
