Job summary

Love, Bonito is expanding across international markets and expanding its digital presence. The Growth Marketing role focuses on performance marketing across Meta, Google, TikTok and affiliates to acquire new customers and drive ROAS, with collaboration across Growth, Analytics, Brand and country teams.

You will own budgets, develop creative strategies, and lead data-driven experiments to optimize campaigns and unlock growth in focus markets.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in Meta Business Manager (Advantage+, Lead Generation, Conversions or CPAS), Google (Search, Shopping, PMAX), TikTok Ads Manager
• Media agency and/or brand experience with performance marketing/lead generation skills
• Basic image and reel editing skills (Photoshop, Canva, CapCut, etc)

Responsibilities

• Develop deep understanding of target audience and customer journey to reach and convert the right audience via performance marketing.
• Own paid media budgets across markets and channels to drive new customer acquisition with ROAS targets.
• Collaborate with Growth, Analytics, Brand, Finance and country teams to plan and execute paid ads and new customer growth initiatives.
• Leverage data to identify growth opportunities and measure channel performance.
• Drive strategy and execution of paid advertising across Meta, Google, TikTok and affiliates for all markets.
• Regular reporting to optimise campaigns and share insights across markets.
• Plan experiments and provide data-driven recommendations for traffic growth and new customer acquisition.
• Coordinate with analytics, data engineering and product teams to improve marketing automation and tracking.
• Lead the creative strategy for paid acquisition channels and edit assets for performance
