Job summary

ib vogt GmbH in the Philippines seeks a Grid Solutions Manager to oversee complex grid infrastructure for utility-scale PV and BESS projects. You will manage engineering design of grid connections, coordinate external consultants, and ensure energization and handover to operations.

The role requires 8+ years in international project management, deep knowledge of grid compliance, NGCP processes in the Philippines, and fluency in English.

Qualifications

• Academic degree in electrical engineering, renewable energies or similar.
• 8+ years of relevant international project management experience.
• Experience with grid connection of PV plants and BESS.
• Knowledge of NGCP processes and grid compliance.
• Fluent English, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Lead grid infrastructure development for utility-scale PV and BESS projects.
• Engineer and design grid connections; coordinate with external consultants.
• Ensure grid energization and handover to O&M.
• Coordinate with utilities and stakeholders worldwide.
• Prepare documentation for lenders and management.
