Job summary

Sungrow Renewables Development Co., Ltd seeks a Philippines-based PV/BESS project technical Manager to oversee technical queries, site surveys, and project design reviews. Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of photovoltaic power plants, arrays and energy storage systems.
• Solid understanding of PV industry and power transmission concepts.
• Proficient in English or has extensive overseas experience.

Job description

• As Philippines PV/BESS project technical Manager, responsible for technical questions explanation, site survey, power station opportunity assessment, construction design and technical review,substation commissioning & acceptance and others assigned. Assist business colleagues in bidding documents and customer visit reception, etc.
• With the ability to prepare technical RFP for Geological and Geohazard,topgraphic survey,hydrological study,SIS,FSR.etc.
• Assist Headquarters in analyzing local market to provide as much background information as possible for Headquarters decision-making.
• To collate, write, aggregate and transmit the technical requirements of the overseas markets of the project to Headquarters in collaboration with the project development department.
• Familiar with NGCP grid connection process and support on each critical point;
• With the ability to output text, need to produce overseas project bidding documents and other relevant information.
• Technical support related to technical due diligence during the project transaction stage.

Requirements:

• Possess extensive knowledge of photovoltaic power plants, photovoltaic arrays, inverter step-up systems, power transmission, photovoltaic plant systems, and energy storage systems, with a solid understanding of the photovoltaic industry.
• With solid electrical or electrical electronic related professional knowledge, proficient in the use of OFFICE, AUTO CAD, PVSYST and other office software.
• Proficient in English or with extensive experience in overseas working.
