Job summary

Q2 HR Solutions in Philippines seeks a Governance, Risk & Compliance Lead to oversee corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and statutory obligations for an international organization.

You will partner with senior leadership and Legal, Finance, HR, Operations, and Information Security to ensure timely monitoring, documentation, and completion of regulatory obligations. This is a strategic, cross-functional role in a multinational environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Accountancy, Finance, or related field.
• Experience in corporate governance, regulatory compliance, or risk management.
• Knowledge of Philippine statutory and regulatory requirements (SEC, BIR, LGUs).
• Experience coordinating regulatory filings and compliance deadlines.
• Ability to manage calendars, trackers, action plans, and audit docs.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication with senior management and cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of data privacy requirements and GDPR.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and oversee the company's compliance framework, statutory obligations, regulatory requirements, and annual compliance calendar.
• Coordinate compliance activities involving Philippine regulatory bodies (SEC, BIR, LGUs, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BOI, and others).
• Monitor BOI registration conditions, reporting obligations, and incentive compliance.
• Identify compliance risks, monitor regulatory changes, track violations, and coordinate corrective actions.
• Work with Legal, HR, Finance, Operations, and Information Security to assign owners, deadlines, and documentation.
• Maintain compliance registers, audit records, permits, licenses, and filings.
• Coordinate internal and external audits, regulatory inspections, reviews, and findings resolution.
• Develop and maintain compliance procedures, monitoring tools, and governance controls.
