The role covers advising on labor, data privacy, and corporate law, drafting and negotiating agreements, and liaising with external counsel. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of experience in legal/compliance within regulated sectors, a valid law license, and strong analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Laws (LLB) or Juris Doctor (JD) degree; must be a licensed lawyer.
• 3–5 years of experience in legal and/or compliance roles.
• Experience in regulated industries such as BPO, financial services, healthcare preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Labor Law, Corporate Law, Data Privacy Regulations, SEC Regulations, PEZA Requirements, BOI Regulations and Government Compliance Processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice on contracts, labor and regulatory matters.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and other legal documents.
• Manage legal documentation and confidential records.
• Liaise with external counsel and manage litigation as needed.
• Act as Corporate Secretary and support governance initiatives.
• Assist with IP, licensing, and compliance matters.
• Monitor regulatory changes affecting operations.
• Handle labor disputes and regulatory proceedings.
• Provide legal support to management on operational matters.
• Perform other in-house legal counsel duties.
