Qualifications

• Experience leading month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes.
• Experience reviewing and approving journal entries and reconciliations.
• Ability to supervise and coach accounting staff and provide developmental feedback.
• Experience coordinating with internal/external auditors and ensuring audit readiness.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities globally.
• Review and approve journal entries, account reconciliations, accruals, prepaids, fixed assets, payroll entries, intercompany transactions.
• Monitor balance sheet reconciliations and resolve reconciling items and aged balances.
• Supervise and coach Senior Accountants and Accountants; onboarding and performance development.
• Serve as primary point of contact for auditors; coordinate audits and ensure documentation readiness.
• Ensure compliance with US GAAP, internal controls, and SOX; identify and remediate gaps.
• Partner with FP&A, Tax, Treasury, Payroll, A/P, and stakeholders to resolve issues and support reporting.
• Drive process improvements and system enhancements to improve efficiency.
