Qualifications

• BSBA major in Export Management or related field.
• 1–2 years of customer service experience in freight forwarding.
• Proficient in English with strong communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with foreign clients proficiently.
• Act as customer service for client inquiries, especially email inquiries.
• Update daily status report of clients.
• Give request rates to clients and sales team for shipments.
• Compile status production reports.
• Accompany sales members on sales calls if needed.
• Get the booking/shipment list and monitoring.
• Perform other duties as assigned by immediate superior.
