Job summary

Hellmann Worldwide Logistics-Philippines, Inc. seeks a Pricing Supervisor to manage quotation requests for the HWL network.

You will analyze requirements, define internal quotation guidelines, and coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure complete, competitive pricing. The role requires strong Excel skills, experience in international air and sea freight pricing, and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing quotations and RFQs from receipt to submission
• Ability to engage with customers and internal stakeholders at different levels
• Extensive knowledge in international air and sea freight forwarding business
• Strong project and time management skills to handle multiple deadlines

Responsibilities

• Liaise with carriers to obtain updated rates and market information
• Maintain and update rates in the quotation system and rate dashboard
• Provide market updates to sales and operations teams
• Conduct profit margin analysis for improvement
• Analyze and understand quotation requests from internal requestors
• Validate quotation requests for completeness and clarity
• Ensure competitive and compliant rate submissions
• Coordinate with stakeholders to improve win ratio
• Support quotation process, data quality and compliance guidelines
• Keep quotation tools updated and aligned with standards
