Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics or related field.
• 4–5+ years in freight forwarding/logistics with 2–3 years in a pricing leadership role.
• Fluent in local language and English.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and pricing systems proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute local and regional pricing strategies with Regional Trade Management.
• Oversee tender/bid pricing for strategic opportunities and ensure margins.
• Drive cost of sales reductions by optimizing local charges and related costs.
• Collaborate with Sales, Carrier Management and Product teams to align pricing with commercial goals.
• Maintain tariffs, surcharge tables, and pricing data in relevant systems with governance.
