Job summary

NetApp is seeking a Freight Data Analyst within our Global Procurement organization. You will collaborate with logistics managers, auditors, and contract manufacturers to optimize worldwide freight costs and service levels.

You will turn data into insights, build scalable analytics, review EMS partner settlements, and identify consolidation opportunities without compromising customer expectations. Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and cross-functional teamwork is essential.

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years combined experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, or Manufacturing Finance.
Detail-oriented with strong analytical, problem-solving, negotiation, and organizational skills.
Self-directed with proven ability to prioritize and multi-task in a dynamic, rapidly changing environment.
Ability to turn data into insights and recommendations using data analytics to support decisions.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills including presenting to senior management.

Responsibilities

Review air freight service levels and transit-time performance and implement corrective actions.
Validate billed costs against carrier data and identify savings opportunities with EMS partners.
Develop global metrics to monitor logistics operations and drive cost efficiency.
Collaborate across Logistics, EMS Partner Managers, IT, Finance, and other teams to drive improvements.
