Job summary

Michael Page International Recruitment (Philippines) Inc partners with a global leader in integrated logistics and supply chain solutions to appoint a FinOps leader. This role drives AR/OTC excellence, oversees intercompany invoicing, and steers end-to-end FinOps delivery within a fast-paced, matrix organization.

You will lead a high-performing team, collaborate with regional and global stakeholders, and champion continuous process improvements to ensure service excellence across the finance

Qualifications

• Strong AR/OTC background and experience in revenue operations.
• Proven leadership of finance, operations, or shared service teams.
• Experience handling disputes, payments, and intercompany processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a FinOps team to achieve operational and service KPIs.
• Ensure timely and accurate invoicing, including intercompany transactions.
• Oversee end-to-end FinOps activities and service delivery standards.
• Manage escalations, operational risks, and issue resolution.
• Drive process standardisation and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with customer-facing and operational stakeholders.
• Govern and maintain FinOps processes for scalability and consistency.
• Support downstream finance processes aligned with supply chain operations.
• Monitor team performance and provide coaching for continuous development.
• Foster a culture of accountability, ownership, and service excellence.
