Job summary

Our Clients in Manila seeks a Senior Manager – Financial Due Diligence to lead complex buy-side and sell-side engagements. The role oversees end-to-end delivery, coordinates with global teams, and presents insights on financial and transaction matters.

The ideal candidate has 10–14+ years in FDD/TA, strong QofE, NWC, and debt analysis, UK GAAP knowledge, and advanced Excel/Power BI skills. Excellent communication and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• CA/MBA Finance or equivalent qualification.
• 10–14+ years of Financial Due Diligence/Transaction Advisory experience.
• Strong experience in buy-side and sell-side transactions with international teams.
• Expertise in Quality of Earnings, Net Working Capital, Debt/Debt-like analysis, and financial statement analysis.
• Knowledge of UK GAAP.
• Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and Word skills.
• Experience with Alteryx/Power BI or similar analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple financial due diligence engagements from planning through final deliverables.
• Oversee transaction workbooks, data room activities, document requests, and financial analysis.

• Coach and develop team members through feedback and knowledge sharing.
• Support proposals, scoping, pitches, and business development.
• Identify process improvements and leverage tools like Alteryx, Power BI, and Advanced Excel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead multiple financial due diligence engagements from planning through final deliverables.
• Oversee transaction workbooks, data room activities, document requests, and financial analysis.
• Lead and review Quality of Earnings, Net Working Capital, Debt/Debt-like, and other transaction analyses.
• Review FDD reports, financial summaries, exhibits, and management presentations.
• Lead client and management discussions and present key findings.
• Work closely with global/onshore teams to manage engagement requirements, timelines, and deliverables.
• Identify key financial risks, trends, and transaction issues and provide actionable insights.
• Manage engagement resources, priorities, budgets, and deadlines while maintaining quality standards.
• Review work prepared by Managers and junior team members and provide technical guidance.
• Coach and develop team members through feedback and knowledge sharing.
• Support proposals, scoping, pitches, and business development activities.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and leverage tools such as Alteryx, Power BI, and Advanced Excel.

Requirements:

• CA / MBA Finance or equivalent qualification.
• 10–14+ years of Financial Due Diligence / Transaction Advisory experience, preferably from Big 4 or equivalent firms.
• Strong experience in buy-side and sell-side transactions with international/onshore teams.
• Proven experience leading multiple engagements and managing teams.
• Strong expertise in Quality of Earnings, Net Working Capital, Debt/Debt-like analysis, and financial statement analysis.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial concepts, including UK GAAP.
• Advanced Excel skills and strong proficiency in PowerPoint and Word.
• Experience with Alteryx, Power BI, or similar analytics tools is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
