The role drives transformation, internal controls, and SOX readiness, coordinating with global stakeholders to ensure high-quality financial processes.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting is required.
CPA or similar professional certification preferred.
10–15 years of corporate accounting experience in a management role.
5+ years in a leadership role within a multinational or shared services environment.
Experience with audit procedures, controls, and US GAAP is desirable.

Responsibilities

Lead the GBS Manila Finance Service Delivery Team across General Accounting, Intercompany, and FP&A.
Partner with Continuous Improvement teams to drive process efficiency and cost optimization.
Resolve complex accounting, operational, and control issues with stakeholders across functions.
Maintain a robust internal control environment and ensure SOX compliance with timely remediation of gaps.
Coordinate SOX, Internal Audit, and external audit engagements to minimize business disruption.
