Job summary

Goodyear in Manila seeks a Finance Service Delivery Head to lead General Accounting, Intercompany, and FP&A within the GBS Manila center. You will oversee people, performance, and transformation initiatives, ensuring high-quality, compliant finance operations aligned with SLAs and scorecards.

You will shape strategy, drive finance transformation, and uphold robust internal controls, including SOX, while developing a high-performing finance team across global stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting with CPA or equivalent.
• 10–15 years corporate accounting experience in a management role.
• Experience in multinational or shared services environments.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Knowledge of SOX compliance and internal controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead the GBS Manila Finance Service Delivery Team across General Accounting, Intercompany, and FP&A.
• Partner with Continuous Improvement teams to drive process and cost efficiency.
• Resolve operational, financial, and control-related issues with internal and external stakeholders.
• Maintain robust internal controls and drive remediation of audit gaps; coordinate audits.
• Develop Finance talent and collaborate with Finance Directors, Controllers, and IT.
