The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company in Manila seeks a Finance Service Delivery Head– Financial Accounting to lead General Accounting, Intercompany and FP&A within the GBS Manila team. You will drive people, performance, and transformation, partnering with global and local Finance stakeholders to resolve complex accounting and control matters.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting with CPA or equivalent certification.
• 10–15 years corporate accounting experience in management, multinational/shared services.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership capabilities.
• Experience with audit procedures, internal controls, and US GAAP is a plus.
• Lean Six Sigma is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the GBS Manila Finance Service Delivery Team in General Accounting, Intercompany, and FP&A.
• Partner with Continuous Improvement to improve process and cost efficiency.
• Oversee SOX compliance and remediation of control gaps.
• Coordinate internal and external audits with minimal business disruption.
