Job summary

Michael Page is seeking a Global Finance Project Manager to lead end-to-end finance transformation and automation initiatives from Mandaluyong. This onsite role requires strong project leadership, process optimization, and ERP implementation experience to deliver regional improvements in P2P and O2C processes.

You will collaborate with Finance, Technology, Operations, and senior stakeholders, shaping governance materials and driving continuous improvement across a multinational organization

Qualifications

• Years of Project Management experience.
• Minimum 5 years of Finance Transformation or Business Transformation experience.
• Proven experience leading P2P or O2C transformation initiatives.
• Strong background in process improvement and continuous improvement programs.
• Experience delivering finance automation projects.
• Hands-on ERP implementation or ERP transformation experience.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• PMP and/or Six Sigma certification is highly preferred.
