Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd in the Philippines seeks a Global Finance Project Manager to lead end-to-end finance transformation and automation initiatives. Based in Mandaluyong City, the role is a full onsite morning shift, collaborating with Finance, Technology, Operations and business stakeholders to deliver P2P and O2C transformations.

Qualifications

• Years of Project Management experience.
• Minimum 5 years of Finance Transformation or Business Transformation experience.
• Proven experience leading P2P or O2C transformation initiatives.
• Strong background in process improvement and continuous improvement programs.
• Experience delivering finance automation projects.
• Hands-on ERP implementation or ERP transformation experience.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• PMP and/or Six Sigma certification is highly preferred.
