Job summary

PM Consulting is hiring for Transformation – Staff to Manager (Finance Shared Services), an onsite role in BGC with a Monday–Friday schedule and a morning shift. The Transformation function drives process improvements, automation, migrations, and system implementations across the shared services footprint.

The ideal candidate will move from staff to manager with 2–4 years of transformation exposure at staff level or 6–10 years with project leadership at manager level, preferably within global

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• 2–4 years transformation/project exposure (Staff level)
• 6–10 years with project leadership experience (Manager level)
• Experience in shared services or global operations
• Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or project management is a plus
• Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills

Responsibilities

• Support process transitions and migrations (lift & shift)
• Lead or participate in transformation projects
• Identify opportunities for automation and efficiency
• Document and redesign processes (SOPs, process maps)
• Work with stakeholders on change management initiatives
• Support system implementations and enhancements
• Track project milestones, risks, and deliverables
• For Manager level: lead transformation strategy and governance
