Qualifications

• CPA is required for the role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance or related field.
• Strong experience in Finance Transformation, Commercial Finance, FP&A or Controllership.
• Hands-on SAP experience, preferably involving migration or implementation projects.
• Solid background in inventory accounting, cost accounting, and general accounting.
• Experience in FMCG or manufacturing environments preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead finance transformation initiatives to improve efficiency and internal controls.

Job Summary

The Finance Excellence Manager will lead key finance transformation initiatives focused on process optimization, SAP migration, inventory management, and commercial finance support. This role will partner closely with Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, and Commercial teams to drive operational efficiency, strengthen financial controls, and improve overall business performance.

This is a high-impact role ideal for finance professionals with strong transformation experience and the potential to grow into a future Finance Controller position.

Key Responsibilities

Finance Transformation & Process Improvement

• Lead finance transformation initiatives to enhance efficiency and strengthen internal controls
• Identify process gaps and implement continuous improvement solutions across finance operations
• Drive automation and reporting enhancements to support better decision-making

SAP Migration & Systems Enhancement

• Support SAP migration and finance systems implementation projects
• Ensure seamless transition, process alignment, and system optimization
• Partner with internal stakeholders to improve finance systems functionality

Inventory & Cost Management

• Oversee inventory accounting, monitoring, reconciliation, and reporting
• Strengthen inventory controls and improve stock accuracy processes
• Manage cost accounting analysis to support margin and profitability improvements

Commercial Finance & Business Support

• Partner with Commercial and Operations teams to provide financial insights and performance analysis
• Support forecasting, budgeting, and profitability analysis
• Provide recommendations to improve business performance and operational efficiency

Financial Reporting & Controls

• Prepare and analyze financial reports to support management decisions
• Strengthen governance, compliance, and internal control processes
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data and reporting

Qualifications

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
• Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field
• Strong experience in Finance Transformation, Commercial Finance, FP&A, or Controllership
• Hands-on SAP experience, preferably involving migration or implementation projects
• Strong background in inventory accounting, cost accounting, and general accounting
• Experience from FMCG or manufacturing companies is highly preferred
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
