Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5 years as a people leader with proven ability to support talent development and build teams.
• VACC leadership experience (Visionary, Architect, Catalyst, Coach) and cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong understanding of Finance operations, governance, and shared services.
• Proven ability to translate industry developments into actionable recommendations for GFO.
