Job summary

Orica is seeking a Lead – Finance Business Partner (Global Support) to join GBS Manila, partnering with Technology & Innovation. The role focuses on turning financial data into insights through management reporting, budgets and forecasts, while working with cost centre owners and finance colleagues to manage performance.

The position operates on a hybrid setup (2x a week) in the BGC office, offering exposure to a global business and opportunity to influence decisions across T&I transformation

Qualifications

• CA/CPA/CMA designation is required.
• At least five years of postgraduate experience in accounting or finance.
• Experience in a large global business is preferred.
• Strong financial analysis, budgeting and forecasting skills.
• SAP knowledge is essential; experience with BPC, BI on HANA or HFM is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop and analyse financial and management reports for leaders to view performance.
• Explain results, trends and variances against budgets and forecasts, including monthly fixed costs.
• Provide timely ad hoc analysis to support Technology & Innovation and finance decisions.
• Coordinate annual budgets and periodic forecasts with relevant teams and cost centre owners.
• Monitor and report costs and benefits of transformation programs.
