Job summary

Anthesis Group seeks a Finance SSC Lead in the Philippines to oversee the project finance, accounting, accounts payable and transactional teams, ensuring robust financial reporting and IFRS-compliant operations across the organization.

You will join a global finance leadership team, drive process improvements, manage SLAs and KPIs, mentor high‑performing teams, and support strategic planning with accurate, timely financial analysis and strong stakeholder collaboration.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with strong technical accounting (IFRS) and project accounting skills.
• 10+ years of relevant working experience.
• Experience leading large teams with global stakeholders.
• Experience leading a global shared services center and with Oracle NetSuite.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word).
• Outstanding communication skills with experience reporting to C-suite.
• Excellent English language written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project finance, accounting and accounts payable teams to ensure accurate reporting.
• Maintain timely and compliant accounting operations per IFRS and internal controls.
• Deliver accurate monthly/quarterly financial reporting and KPIs.
• Manage relationships with global stakeholders and drive process improvements.
• Lead end-to-end AP processing, controls and compliance.
• Drive integration timelines and support post-transition activities.
• Mentor and develop finance team, set objectives and conduct reviews.
