Job summary

Globaltize is seeking a seasoned Finance Manager to own and run the global finance function for a Dubai-registered, remote agency serving fintech and AI clients across multiple regions. You will manage invoicing, payroll, reporting, and compliance across several currencies and locations, reporting to the founder and coordinating with UAE tax agents.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise as Financial Controller, Finance Manager, or Senior Accountant.
• Strong mastery of Xero with immediate operational competence required.
• Experience managing multi-currency and multi-country financial operations.
• Ability to handle high transaction volumes with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Excellent written English and autonomous, proactive communication.

Responsibilities

• Own global invoicing and collections across USD/GBP in multiple markets.
• Lead DSO reduction and ensure on-time payments across stakeholders.
• Deliver month-end close and comprehensive reporting packs.
• Maintain revenue insights, dashboards, and client-level margin analyses.
• Oversee global payroll via Deel and contractor onboarding/offboarding.
• Manage supplier payments, disbursements, and cash forecasting.
