Job summary

JustMarkets is seeking an experienced Head of Finance Operations to lead the global finance function. You will own end-to-end processes across accounts payable, corporate expenses, revenue, and banking operations, ensuring fast close and data accuracy.

This role manages a distributed team, drives process design and automation to reduce manual work, and enforces internal controls and policies. English proficiency at an upper-intermediate level is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Finance / FinOps / Accounting with 3+ years in leadership.
• Experience managing distributed teams (AP, AR, Cash).
• Strong experience designing scalable finance processes and workflows.
• Deep knowledge of ERP system architecture (BAS, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics).

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end management of global Finance Operations including AP, expenses, revenue, and banking.
• Own end-to-end financial processes and intercompany transactions.
• Drive fast and high-quality financial close and data accuracy.
• Oversee banking operations, reconciliations, and intercompany settlements.
• Develop finance policies and internal controls; manage distributed team.
