Job summary

Black & White Engineering is seeking a Finance Support professional in our Manila operation to assist the UK and Europe Finance teams with general accounting, payroll, and compliance tasks. You will upload invoices, prepare reports, and help with month-end activities.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance and 1–4 years of experience, with exposure to ERP systems (D365) and strong Excel skills. Excellent English communication and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting / Finance or related field.
• 1–4 years of accounting or finance experience.
• Familiarity with ERP systems; D365 is a plus.
• Strong English written and verbal communication.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
• Able to work independently and in a team.
• Willing to liaise with external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide general finance and administrative support to the Finance team.
• Assist in managing account entries, documents, payments, and other tasks.
• Upload vendor invoices into the accounting system accurately and timely.
• Support preparation of financial reports and month-end closing activities.
• Prepare and upload external and intercompany invoices.
• Assist in monitoring receivables and follow up on outstanding debts.
• Assist in payroll preparation and ensure timely submission of payroll data.
• Coordinate with authorities and statutory auditors to support compliance and timely filing.
• Provide support in liaising with insurance brokers for locally placed policies.
