Job summary

OFFSHORE BUSINESS PROCESSING INC. is seeking an experienced Finance professional to support our group finance functions in Manila. The role focuses on month-end reporting, reconciliations, and ERP projects, with payroll processing across UK, Australia, and US via ADP.

You will report onsite in Ortigas, Pasig City and bring CPA/CA credentials or equivalent hands-on finance expertise to drive accuracy and timely financial statements.

Qualifications

• Freight forwarding industry experience preferred.
• 5+ years experience, CPA, CA, or equivalent qualification preferred; strong, proven hands-on finance experience will also be considered in place of formal qualification.
• Full-time position available
• Amenable to report onsite in Ortigas, Pasig City

Responsibilities

• Review the work completed by existing finance team, balance sheet reconciliations, bank reconciliations, month-end reporting, analyze findings, and report back to the Group Financial Controller.
• Work on numerous projects within Ecosphere's ERP system
• Process payroll via ADP for three jurisdictions: UK (monthly), Australia (monthly), and US (fortnightly),
• Support foreign currency payment processes.
