Job summary

Excis Compliance (Thailand) Company Limited in the Philippines is seeking a Field Services Coordinator to source, vet, onboard, and coordinate skilled field technicians, ensuring efficient dispatch and high-quality onsite service for global clients.

You will build networks of qualified technicians across regions, schedule assignments, manage work orders in our ITSM toolkit (ServiceNow/ManageEngine), and serve as the main liaison between technicians and service delivery teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Field Services Coordination, dispatching, or similar IT MSP/outsourcing roles.
• Experience building and managing a network of contract or freelance field technicians.
• Familiarity with ITSM platforms such as ServiceNow or ManageEngine.

Responsibilities

• Source, recruit, vet, and onboard qualified field technicians for IT services.
• Build and maintain a network of pre-qualified technicians across regions.
• Coordinate technician assignments for same-day, scheduled, and emergency onsite requests.
• Create and manage work orders in the ITSM platform with timely updates.
• Schedule and confirm assignments to maximize coverage and minimize delays.
• Serve as primary contact for field technicians and provide ongoing support.
• Collaborate with Service Delivery to meet resource requirements and resolve escalations.
• Track service events from dispatch to completion and ensure SLA compliance.
• Monitor performance and support onboarding/training initiatives.
