Job summary

TRT is seeking a Field Services Incident Management professional to support the Technical Service team, overseeing cases requiring Field Engineer intervention and ensuring resources are available at the Clark Global City, Philippines TRT office.

The role requires 3–5 years of IT hardware break-fix experience, strong MS Excel and Outlook skills, and the ability to communicate across diverse locations. Willingness to work in shifting schedules and adherence to company policy.

Qualifications

• Expertise in field service incident management and coordination.
• Strong written and verbal communication across diverse teams.
• Experience with IT hardware break-fix in service environments.

Responsibilities

• Engage TRT field engineers or service partners for on-site tickets.
• Coordinate purchase orders and payments with accounts.
• Ensure site visits meet customer SLA and escalate misses.
• Issue PORs for service partners and OBH approvals.
• Create reports for managed services clients.
• Document problem resolutions in TRT knowledge base.
• Continuously learn additional technical and non-technical skills.
• Comply with company policy.
