Job summary

Excis is a global IT support leader seeking a proactive Field Services Agent in the Philippines. You will source, vet, onboard, and coordinate skilled field technicians, managing dispatch operations and onsite service delivery for our global clients.

You will build a network of contract technicians, coordinate Same Business Day and scheduled requests, and ensure accurate documentation and SLA compliance across multiple regions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Field Services Coordination, Technician Dispatching, Talent Sourcing, or similar IT services roles.

Responsibilities

• Source, recruit, vet, and onboard qualified field technicians across IT services.
• Build and maintain a network of pre-qualified field technicians across regions.
• Coordinate technician assignments for Same Business Day, scheduled, and emergency onsite requests.
• Create, monitor, and manage work orders in the ITSM platform with timely updates.
• Schedule and confirm assignments to maximize coverage and minimize delays.
• Serve as primary contact for field technicians with assignment details and feedback.
• Collaborate with Service Delivery Coordinators and Managers to meet resource needs and resolve escalations.
• Track service events from dispatch to completion ensuring SLA compliance.
