Tetra Pak in the Philippines is seeking a Service Engineer to maintain and install equipment at customer sites, collaborating with customers and internal teams to ensure food safety and operational excellence.

The role involves traveling up to 90% of the time, performing maintenance, troubleshooting, and installations, and contributing to service contracts and customer operations. A background in industrial systems or automation and solid mechanical/electrical knowledge are preferred.

Competenze

Experience in maintenance, service, or installation roles.
Education in industrial systems, automation, or process engineering.
Strong mechanical/electrical/automation knowledge.
Ability to travel up to 90% of the time.
Intermediate level of English.

Mansioni

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, and installations.
Analyze technical issues and escalate when needed using SOPs.
Train customer operators and support production efficiency.
Monitor service contracts and contribute to business development.
Ensure compliance with safety, food quality, and reporting standards.
Represent Tetra Pak professionally and suggest improvements for operations.
Maintain a clean, safe work environment.
Follow safety protocols in line with OHS and Tetra Pak regulations, promoting safety culture.
