Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Field service support for Esco products and related documentation.
• Handle all breakdown calls with prompt response times.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and manage expectations.
• Prepare field service reports and related documentation.
• Monitor repairs and maintenance activities for efficiency and hours target.
• Decide when to escalate issues to resolve customer concerns.
• Perform troubleshooting, commissioning, and certification of units promoted.
• Provide effective teamwork and build relationships with customer contacts.
