Qualifications

• 2-3 years as a Medical Field Service Engineer.
• Experience in calibration, repair, and validation for medical devices.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Very good English language skills, both written and spoken.
• Availability to travel globally 70%.

• Conduct on-site repairs and provide remote assistance to customers.

• Guide customers through problem-solving steps and provide remote assistance for issue resolution.
• Prioritize and schedule field service activities based on the urgency and business impact of customer requests.
• Plan and execute on-site corrective maintenance, equipment upgrades, and proactive preventive maintenance to ensure continuous customer operations.
• Perform scheduled on-site interventions to maintain equipment functionality and prevent potential disruptions.
