Job summary

Infosys BPM Philippines is hiring an Export Order Management Specialist to support Kraft Heinz in BGC, Taguig. You will manage export orders, coordinate with warehouses and Sales, and handle customer queries to ensure timely execution.

The role operates in an ANZ time zone, with involvement across documentation and service delivery. Prior experience in export operations and a process-driven environment is preferred, with a focus on accuracy and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Training in order management, customer operations or export operations is desirable.
• Minimum of 3 years export management experience.
• Experience working with stakeholders in a process-driven environment is preferred.
• Experience in shared services, GBS, or delivery centre environments is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Process export orders accurately and on time, while handling customer queries.
• Coordinate day-to-day with warehouses, Sales, Customer Excellence and Export Documentation teams.
• Maintain service levels across a distinct system and process environment.
• Provide first-level technical support and resolve issues per SOPs to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Perform issue analysis and engage cross-functional teams for resolution and escalation as needed.
• Meet program KPIs and SLAs to ensure client satisfaction.
