Job summary

Infosys BPM Philippines in Taguig is seeking an Export Order Management professional to ensure accurate handling of domestic and export orders for Kraft Heinz ANZ Market, driving timely fulfillment and data integrity.

The role requires 3+ years in order management, a diploma or bachelor’s degree, and willingness to work 100% onsite in BGC. FMCG background is a plus; ERP/order-entry experience is beneficial.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in domestic/export order management or related operations.
• ERP or order entry systems experience is an advantage.
• FMCG experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Process domestic and export orders from entry to resolution.
• Coordinate with customers and internal stakeholders for timely fulfillment.
• Review orders for discrepancies and coordinate resolutions.
• Manage order-related inquiries and provide timely updates.
• Maintain accurate records and data integrity across systems.
• Work in a process-driven environment meeting quality targets.
• Identify issues and support continuous improvement of order processes.
