Job summary

Infosys BPM Philippines is hiring an Export Order Management Specialist to support an ANZ time zone for a leading Food & Beverage client from the BGC, Taguig area. The role demands meticulous order processing, strong stakeholder coordination, and excellent customer service across the end-to-end order cycle.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in export order management or related operations, with a background in FMCG or similar process-driven environments.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience preferred.
• Relevant training in order management, customer operations, export operations or business administration desirable.
• 3+ years’ experience in export order management, customer service, or related operational roles.
• Experience working with stakeholders in a process-driven environment preferred.
• Experience in shared services, GBS, or delivery centre environments is an advantage.
• Candidates living near the office will have better advantages; onsite expected.
• Willingness to work day shifts, holidays and weekends as required.

Responsibilities

• Process export orders accurately and on time while handling customer queries.
• Coordinate with warehouses, Sales, Customer Excellence and Export Documentation stakeholders.
• Ensure orders are entered correctly and service levels are maintained.
• Provide first‑level technical support and issue resolution to maximize availability.
• Perform research and root cause analysis to resolve issues and promote client products.
