Job summary

Limketkai Manufacturing Corporation seeks an Export Sales Administrator to support export transactions, prepare and process contracts and orders, and ensure proper documentation. The role requires coordinating with QA, Production, Logistics, and Treasury to meet export requirements and timelines.

You will manage product samples, certificates, and testing coordination, while handling courier dispatches and maintenance of export records.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Business, Export Management, Logistics/Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant work experience in export sales administration, export documentation, international logistics, or a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing or FMCG company.

Responsibilities

• Provides administrative support for export sales transactions, including preparation and processing of Sales Contracts, Purchase Requisition slips, Orders of Payment, and other internal documents.
• Coordinates with QA, Production, Logistics, Treasury, and other departments regarding customer orders, product samples, laboratory testing, certifications, and other export requirements.
• Coordinates preparation, collection, and dispatch of product samples to customers and third-party laboratories, and follows up on test results or feedback.
• Processes applications and requests for export-related clearances, certificates, surveyor reports, laboratory tests, and other documents required by customers or destination countries.
• Coordinates sending of original export documents, samples, and materials through couriers to customers and external parties.
• Maintains and updates export sales records, customer files, databases, shipment schedules, and other departmental records.
