May.Exports Phil. Inc. is seeking an Export Staff to join our Calamba City, Laguna facility on a full-time basis. You will support export operations, manage documentation, coordinate shipments, and ensure compliance with export regulations and procedures.

The role collaborates with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure accurate picking, packing, and labeling, while maintaining records and liaising with customs brokers as needed. Strong English/Filipino communication is essential.

Formación

• Graduate of BS Customs Administration or any business-related course.
• Proven experience in export operations, warehouse, distribution or logistics environments.
• Strong knowledge of export procedures, international shipping requirements and customs documentation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
• Familiarity with export management systems and logistics software is an advantage.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy, particularly when processing documentation.
• Clear communication skills in English and Filipino; additional languages are a plus.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and support colleagues.
• Reliability, punctuality and a professional approach to work.
• Physical capability to perform warehouse-related tasks when required.

Responsabilidades

• Preparing and processing export documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin and bill of lading.
• Coordinating with shipping companies and freight forwarders to arrange timely collection and shipment of export cargo.
• Verifying accuracy of export shipments against order specifications and customer requirements.
• Maintaining detailed records of all export transactions and shipment data.
• Liaising with warehouse staff to ensure correct picking, packing and labelling of export goods.
• Monitoring customs clearance procedures and liaising with customs brokers as required.
• Responding to customer enquiries regarding shipment status and export procedures.
• Ensuring compliance with export regulations, trade restrictions and international shipping requirements.
• Supporting the coordination of export schedules and managing deadlines to meet customer delivery requirements.
• Assisting with the organization and maintenance of export-related files and documentation systems.
