Jones Lang LaSalle SSC (Philippines), Inc. (JLLSPI) seeks a Team Leader for Executive Support to oversee a team of Executive Assistants. You will be the primary contact for in-country executives, understanding their needs and coordinating resources across regions.

The role focuses on coaching, implementing standardized processes, and maintaining robust reporting. You will also ensure coverage during annual/unplanned leaves and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• LRP graduate preferred; strong leadership abilities.
• Ability to handle confidential information discreetly.

Responsabilités

• Lead and manage a team of Executive Assistants across regions.
• Serve as main contact for in-country executives and assess needs.
• Develop standardized processes for executive support activities.
• Monitor workflows and generate reports on team performance.
• Coordinate coverage for leaves and onboarding of new members.
