McKinsey & Company seeks a senior events professional based in Manila to own the end-to-end operation of the Travel, Logistics, & Infrastructure conference portfolio and related client activations. You will manage speaker pipelines, coordinate with global teams, and ensure flawless execution of executive conferences and events.

Qualifications

• University degree; strong academic record.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in events management, communications, or practice operations.
• Familiarity with Travel, Logistics, Infrastructure (TLI) sectors preferred.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Strong problem-solving and ability to operate independently.
• Team leadership and cross-geography collaboration.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with firm tools (First Alert, COM, KAPS).
• Adaptability to ambiguity and change.
• High integrity and discretion with confidential information.
• Strong written communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end operational backbone for TLI's conference portfolio and client activation globally.
• Lead speaker identification, outreach, and management for conferences and events.
• Coordinate logistics, run-of-show planning, and post-event follow-up.
• Partner with global leadership, Reach & Engagement, and internal stakeholders for seamless delivery.
• Manage external vendors, venue partners, and firm events teams to ensure high-quality events.
